LIT Program

Leader-In-Training Program

The Leader-In-Training (LIT) program provides participants the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills and self-confidence relevant not only to a camp setting but to the various communities to which the LIT will belong throughout life including school, college, their neighborhood and their workplace.

Within our supportive camp setting, participants attend workshops addressing a variety of leadership topics and live with a cabin of younger campers while being mentored by the cabin's counselors. They participate in fun and challenging team building activities which facilitate the development of a strong, cohesive group of LITs each session, leading to what often become lifelong friendships. Teens who will complete their sophomore year in high school prior to the summer may apply.
